Where our representative will welcome you and assist in transferring to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Early morning at 7am transfer to Bus station and drove to Pokhara. Approximately 7/6 Hour. At the evening, discuss for next trip details with trek leader/yoga Guru. Overnight stay in Pokhara
• Breakfast A Morning at 8 am, our Representative will assist to short Drive to Milan Chowk. we begin our trek from here by leaving Baglung Highway. Hemja Milan chowk is very renowned for the potato product in Pokhara. We walk through local potato farming with crossing countryside of villages over the magnificent view of Annapurna Himalaya. The following we gradually ascend Astam hill.Astam is the best place for a short hike that offers a spectacular Annapurna range and as well as sunrise and sunset. Teahouse lunch and healthy snacks provided on the way. • Restorative relaxation/meditation • Dinner/Yog Nidra Chanting/ • Overnight in a teahouse
• An Morning Meditation & Pranayama including Hatha Yoga • Breakfast After such a beautiful yoga activity within panorama view and sunrise, we begin to start our further trek through the handsome dhampush cultural village to the famous Australian camp. We walk gradually ascending and descending via deep farming layers of landscape valley before reaching at Dhampush village. Dhapush village offers you a unique Himalayan tradition village that chances to learn how local people live in their daily life. It is truly gemming of entire Annapurna region which is giant mountain view enclose to us just a mile away from our place. Following day we will gradually ascend to “Thula Kharka” widely known as Australian Camp. To be clarified, Camp it doesn’t mean we set up on camp instead we do have well guest /lodge available. • An Morning Meditation & Pranayama including Hatha Yoga • Breakfast After Breakfast, we will start our trek gradually descend to Kande. Then we walk further down towards to Naudanda. We shortly visit around the village and explore their valley of scenery. The following day we continue to walk flat trail through Dikur Pokhari(small buffalo pond) along the way to Sarangkot. Also very chance to enjoy with spectacular views of the mountain . we then reach Sarangkot top. We will short visit View tower and visit around the village in rest of time upon arrival. • A Morning Meditation & Pranayama including Hatha Yoga • Breakfast An early morning, you can enjoy the sunrise from the visitor park of Sarangkot. Sarangkot is famous for its sunrise view and takes off for Paragliding. After sunrise and taking pictures of Himalayas Shangri-La, we will enjoy the breakfast and start the hike down towards Pokhara via Phewa Lake. After we arrived in Pokhara, we give you flexible time for own relax and explore. At the evening our team leader will organize Local restaurant for farewell dinner. • lunch and healthy snacks provided on the way. • Overnight at Hotel
