Spend nights beneath the stars in the shadow of Annapurna, and wake up to warm tea and golden sunrays spilling over the valleys and peaks you are living among.Yoga in the High Mountain Beneath Lake is the most precious yoga joureny on the khorpa ridge with other peaks. On the Annapurna Range it helps to meditate.

Arrival to Kathmandu Airport (1310 m./4298 ft.) where our representative will welcome you and assist in transferring to your hotel for an overnight stay

Early morning at 7am transfer to Bus station and drove to Pokhara. Approximately 7/6 Hour. At the evening, discuss for next trip details with trek leader/yoga Guru. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

• Breakfast An Morning we drive to Nayapool rewarded with magnificent views of the Himalayas including Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre, the five peaks of Annapurna and others. Later, we start the trek to Ghandruk. The Ghandruk village is a major recruitment centre for the famous Gurkha soldiers and is the hub of the Annapurna Conservation Area Project, which promotes many varied ecological projects. • A Morning Meditation & Pranayama including Hatha Yoga • Breakfast In Ghandruk, we get to enjoy astonishing views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli Mountains. Today our trekking path will slowly be ascending thru dense rhododendron forests. The Rhododendron is Nepal’s national flower and when they bloom, the forests turn into gardens of a dazzling number of different flowers when seen from the air or from afar. After trekking over a small pass we reach Tadapani where we get to enjoy excellent views of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna and Hiunchuli mountains. Upon arrived you have chance to Tibetan village who sell things for the tourists to take back home as souvenirs. • A Morning Meditation & Pranayama including Hatha Yoga • Breakfast After Tadapani we leave the main trail and follow the off the beaten track for the next five days. On our trek today we get to appreciate the diverse flora and fauna of the region and of course the magnificent view of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South. Trekking in a relatively easy trail we reach Dobato which is dominated by the excellent view of the Annapurna South. • A Morning Meditation & Pranayama including Hatha Yoga • Breakfast After enjoying panorama view with breakfast, we descend through open ground and beautiful forest to reach the pastures of Lower Chistibung. Then further, we ascend gradually through a forest before reaching Upper Chistibung which is a temporary herder’s settlement. If you’re lucky, you might even spot the colorful Lophophorus (Danphe), the national bird of Nepal, as well as Himalayan thar on the grassy ridge high above the trail. As we approach Khopra Ridge, vantage view of Annapurna South will welcome for us as well as a viewpoint overlooking Kali Gandaki river far below in this deep valley. From Khopra we also admire the stunning mountain panorama including Mt. Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, and Annapurna South. Considered to be a sacred lake by the Hindus, it is believed that bathing in the lake will help attain salvation. However, no considered to be you are related with religion As anyone can wish their desired to relief for next in good life. Also, we can be numbers of Hindu and Buddhist shrines on the lakeshore. For those of us who do not want to walk all the way to the lake, a half day walk from Khopra can also be arranged. Along the way we have great chance to face with giant Mount Dhaulagiri with number of mountain providing a lovely backdrop to the terraced fields and traditional houses in the nearby villages. • A Morning Meditation & Pranayama including Hatha Yoga • Breakfast Trek continue descend through the village fields to a small river and take a quick photo sight at the local water mill. And following, we cross the suspension bridge and head upwards to the village of Ghorepani. • A Morning Meditation & Pranayama including Hatha Yoga • Breakfast Today is the easier trail that leads us descending to Nayapul, where we board our vehicle to Pokhara, the beautiful lake city. We check-in to our hotel and take a rest. We may also stroll in the streets of Pokhara and just enjoy being in one of the most beautiful cities of Nepal. Teahouse lunch and healthy snacks provided on the way. • Overnight in Guest House
